At Pro Motivation Fitness, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Delivery timeframes typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.
International Shipping
- International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
- International delivery times vary and may take 7–21 business days or longer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Pro Motivation Fitness is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier delays beyond our control
We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to:
- Additional shipping fees
- Delayed reshipment
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at
admin@promotivationfitness.com
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit, subject to availability.
