Refund & Return Policy

At Pro Motivation Fitness, all sales are final unless they meet the conditions outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.





Returns



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, items must:


  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase



Returns that do not meet these requirements will be denied and returned to the sender.





Final Sale Items



The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:


  • Sale or discounted items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, or damage



No exceptions.





Exchanges



We only offer exchanges if the item:


  • Arrived defective
  • Was damaged during shipping
  • Was incorrectly shipped



To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@promotivationfitness.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.





Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected:


  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable



If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer.





Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments






Lost or Damaged Packages



Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. For lost or damaged packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.





Policy Abuse



We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect abuse, excessive returns, or violations of this policy.
